Forest Conservation

Forest conservation refers to the responsible management and protection of forests to ensure their long-term sustainability and the preservation of their ecological, economic, and social benefits.

It involves various practices and policies aimed at preventing deforestation, promoting reforestation and afforestation, and maintaining the overall health of forest ecosystems.

Forest conservation is crucial for mitigating climate change, preserving biodiversity, providing clean air and water, and supporting the livelihoods of local communities dependent on forests.

Art and Culture

Art and culture are integral aspects of human society, representing the creative expression, beliefs, and traditions of a community or civilization.

Livelihood

Farmer Awareness program

Vichakshan Foundation is proud to share with you updates about various Farmer Awareness Programs conducted in various villages of North Maharashtra.
These training programs were organised in coordination with Maha Transco. Many farmers participated in these programs and learnt a lot of things about farming from various experts. Some of the latest know how covered under this program are Agriculture Economy, Cluster farming, Soil Conservation, Govt Scheme and Side Business Suitable with Farming. Tehsil covered under this are Dhadgaon, Akkalkuwa, Taloda, Shahda, Nandurbar, Navapur, Kalwan, Bhaglan (Satana), Surgana, Dindori, Igatpuri, Deola, Tryambkeshwar.
